A great tool

Garmin Forerunner 301

Garmin Forerunner 301

Rating for this product: 3 February 6, 2007

As a runner, this is a great heart rate monitor and watch. I really like how it records the run including time, distance, speed, heart rate and course. However, I have to wait anywhere from 2-10 minutes before every single run to allow time for the GPS to locate my starting point in order for the distance calculation to be accurate. This happens even if I am running from the same place every time, it gets quite old. If you start running without first allowing the device to zero in on your position you become a moving target which is even harder to locate. It will find you eventually, but you may be well into your run at that point at the distance reading will be inaccurate. If they could build the 301 so that you could simply start it up when you ran out the door, I would be a big fan. Since most of us have tight schedules and limited time to run at all, having to spend 5 to 10 minutes of it waiting for your watch to locate your starting position is not at all ideal.

Already falling apart

SheBeest Flow Pant - Women's

SheBeest Flow Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 1 November 10, 2006

The look and feel of these pants are great. I was very pleased with them when I put them on, they are so comfortable. However, by the time I took them off after the first day's wear (note I was not doing anything too crazy in them) I noticed the seams were falling apart in several places already! I am very disappointed because they had the potential to become favorites but the quality obviously is not there.
