Sizing is wrong

Scott Craft Ski Pole

Scott Craft Ski Pole

Rating for this product: 2 March 17, 2009

I purchased these poles only to find out that the sizing in all wrong. I use a 46" pole and measured these and they were 45". I called BC and they said that all the poles were wrong. So I had to order a 48 to compensate and will have to cut them down. What a drag!! Also, I noticed that the poles were a bit heavy for my taste. However, they look cool and have a durable grip.

Chaco Canyonland Low eVent Hiking Shoe - Women's

Chaco Canyonland Low eVent Hiking Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 February 26, 2009

First of all I LOVE the Chaco sandals. But when I opened the box and noticed these shoes were made in China I was way disapointed. The shoe does fit like a glove. True to size but the bottom is very firm. The arch support feels great not sure how someone with a flat foot would like it. I am not feeling a lot of cushion between my foot and the ground. So not sure how they would be on a long hike. I am on the fence as to whether I will send them back. The description is not what the shoes really are.

I just received this shorts and when I put them on they fit like a golve. VERY well made and made in USA! I usually wear a medium in short but ordered a large and glad I did. The fit like I said was perfect. So, I would order the next size up. Can't wait to wear them.

Salomon B52 TS GTX Winter Boot - Women's

Salomon B52 TS GTX Winter Boot - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 January 21, 2009

These boots are really great! They are true to size. I wore them out snowshoeing and my feet stayed toasty warm. Your feet feel like they are in slippers next to the fur lining. I wear them when ever I can and for the price who could beat it?

Good grip and secure hold

G3 Alpinist elle Climbing Skins - Women's

G3 Alpinist elle Climbing Skins - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 December 29, 2008

I just used these skins for the first time, however, the uptrack that I was on was so steep that I really wasn't able to get a good feel for the skins and how they held..nothing would of held but crampons. Dispite the steep sections they seem to hold ok..not sure if this helps. I did the ease in which they came off and the attachment to the tip and tail were very secure.

Backcountry.com Merino Zip T-Neck Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Women's

Backcountry.com Merino Zip T-Neck Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Women's

Rating for this product: 2 December 20, 2008

I ordered a medium and it fits me great..yes, it's form fitting but not tight. However, I expected the same softness that other merino wool tops ie Smartwool and Icebreakers make and I have also but not so..Next time I will stay with Smartwool or Icebreaker tops, it's worth the extra money.

Weird bottom strap

CamelBak Sno Angel Hydration Pack - Women's

CamelBak Sno Angel Hydration Pack - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 December 11, 2008

I just purchased the Sno Angel. The size fits perfect under my ski jacket but the bottom strap tightener is in the wrong spot. When I looked at my other Camelbak's that I use for mtn biking it's located at the bottom of the shoulder strap but this one is located at the bottom of the pack. It just makes is very awkard to use..but not a total deal breaker.
