Patagonia Down Vest - Women's

I ordered this vest to compare it with The North Face children's down vest. Which is a GREAT deal if you're a petite woman. I liked the Patagonia. I love their environmental commitment and try to buy everything from them BUT The North Face looked more slimming so that's what I bought.

polyester blues

These tops are adorable, but I've really grown to hate polyester. So I returned mine and bought the Patagonia Highline and Hotline tops instead. They're 95% organic cotton, 5% spandex. I live in these, they're great for kicking it around the house, yoga, tai chi, pilates. prAna really needs to phase in more organic cotton and hemp.

This coat is fantastic! I get cold very easily and I like to go for walks at night year round, in this coat you are incapable of being cold (in California). I recently wore it on an east coast trip and it performed flawlessly there too. It's cute and yes the sleeves may be on the short side, but I'm on the short side so that's a plus for me. You do suffer from the Michelin syndrome in this one, the puff factor is BIG. Most people who have seen it say, "wow, that looks like a warm coat!" Complement or criticism, don't know and don't care. Enjoy this coat.
