sick paddle that looks good too

Seven2 Vapor Paddle

i picked up this stick for my rec/touring adventures, and i've never been more stoked on a paddle. its fast, its smooth, its lighter than anything. The funky curvature of the blade makes for a really seamless stroke. There's almost no slap in the first part of the stroke cause the blade just slices into the water. The shaft has some flex in it, but rather than being skittish, it seems to load up power like a spring from the resistance of the water, then it unloads right at the end of the stroke. And the sleek, simple aesthetics of the paddle are uber dank. check this stick out you'll love it.

most comfortable whitewater stick of all time

Seven2 Helio Paddle

Seven2 Helio Paddle

Rating for this product: 5 May 30, 2007

After paddling seven2's rec/touring carbon stick, i decided to try their whitewater paddle. Super impressive. The grips are totally intuitive, not uncomfortable at all. I felt like i had more control over my paddle, and i felt more aware of any funky movement in my stroke. The aircore on the blade and the superlight materials made the blade feel more buoyant, giving me more power during braces and rolls. The blade and shaft are super stiff, you get huge pop out of your stroke. And its like the volkl gotama of paddles, its more hardcore, more powerful, and sexier looking than anything else. And Steve Fisher paddles with the helio. Does anything more need to be said?
