Comfy and remarkably stylish pants

Outdoor Research Catalyst Pant - Women's

Outdoor Research Catalyst Pant - Women's

I am one of those people who wear hiking pants to work -- I admit it. These pants are wrinkle free, stain resistant, and totally comfy. They pass at the office as khaki type pants. I've taken them hiking as well and they vent well and are abrasion resistant. My one critique is that I wish they had back pockets.

Good, bright hat

The North Face Class V Hat

The North Face Class V Hat

Rating for this product: 5 April 24, 2007

This hat is light and comfortable. I've worn it hiking and it's nice to have a hat that doesn't soak up my perspiration. The orange color is very attractive and has the added benefit that hunters will be less likely to shoot me on accident.

Rather tight fitting and what is the pocket for?

Arc'teryx Rho LTW Bottom - Women's

Arc'teryx Rho LTW Bottom - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 April 20, 2007

These are warm and allow for freedom of movement. The band that goes over the tummy is a little tight for my taste, and I'm not entirely sure what the pocket is for other than styling. Still, for someone as short as I am (5'0"), it's nice to have a baselayer that actually fits lengthwise.
