I read somewhere that this has 1 or 2 inner pockets. If yes, are these stuff pockets (i.e. for gloves) or is one of them a zipped inner pocket?

Can't tell from the pics what the texture of the outer material is. Is it silky/ shiny/satin-y like the MH Dragon softshell--or it rougher/matt finish (w/c I prefer) more like the Outdoor Research Elusive, TNF Windwall, & MH Synchro?
