Really good all mountain tool

Atomic Access Ski

Atomic Access Ski

Rating for this product: 4 January 4, 2012

Really solid, responsive all mountain ski. The rocker adds a little float and doesn't effect hard pack performance at all that I notice. I actually prefer this ski in firmer conditions than soft. Got some fatter skis for the deep days. I'm 6'3" 180 lbs and the 191's seem like the right length. Great value too, hard to find skis that retail for $500 these days. Only reason why I dinged them a star is cause I'd like them to have a little more float, but then they would lose some all mountain versatility. Trade offs....

Volkl Shiro Ski

Not sure but I just saw this year's TGR movie and Ian Mackintosh absolutely slays it on these skis. Charging spines up in AK.

Great Spring Touring Ski

K2 WayBack Ski

K2 WayBack Ski

Rating for this product: 5 September 13, 2011

I got this ski last winter and paired it with some dynafit speeds for a lightweight touring set-up and I was stoked. They performed well in all kinds of snow conditions but I mostly used them in firmer spring conditions where they excelled. The few times I got them into pow they floated fine. Great balance between weight/performance. This will be my spring/expedition ski for years to come. I do most of my skiing in the Tetons.

K2 Dawn Patrol Telemark Ski - Women's

November 1, 2008

Probably 160-165, but there are a lot of other factors to consider besides height (weight, skiing style). If you can, try to demo a few sizes to see what feels best for you.
