I have Reynaud's also and I wear glove liners inside my down mittens. I found a pair (of glove liners) here at backcountry.com. I also carry "little hotties" with me, (air activated hand warmers) that I can put in my glove. I had a pair of liners that actually had a pocket in them for the hand warmer.
