So my roommate bought me these boots at the beginning of the winter season here in Breckenridge, CO. I thought they looked like bomber winter boots but I was wrong. They are waterproof, but they are SO uncomfortable. I need to buy some footbeds for them now because I never wear them. I would rather wear my Vans in the snow than these because my feetsies hurt!!!!

I really like this jacket because it's so CUSH. The feeling of the fleece is unlike any other kind of fleece out there, and it's super cute. I usually wear a large but found this particular jacket to run really small so I had to sign up. It has a nice cut to it, not boxy like North Face fleeces.

Alta is the best place to ski ever. Not only is the skiing and snow great but the scenery is just absolutely unbelievable. And a major plus, NO SNOWBOARDERS!!!!!

Okay so my landlord has these boots and I have stolen them a couple times to use with my carving skis at Breckenridge. These boots are SO STIFF. Oh my geez. I usually ski on Garmont G Rides, but those are nowhere as stiff as these Langes. They are really good for racing around and freeriding (hence the name). I didn't like the way they felt when I landed off jumps because they were so stiff. But the stiffness really gave me so much control in carving, I felt more secure turning and going faster.

I really like Snowbird. I never had a day there when I thought the snow sucked, it was always great. They have all sorts of terrain, something for everyone. Mineral Basin is very awesome, a different world from the front side. P.S. Ski patrol at Snowbird is exceptionally awesome.

I really like this bag mostly for all the features it has. It's super lightweight and bombproof. I really like how the pull tabs on all of the zippers are glow in the dark. I'm a chick and I have the guy's version because I'm so tall and it still fits great. It packs down pretty small.

So I have a bunch of Nalgenes and I love them to death. They are indestructible. But this one is so hard to clean because of the narrow mouth that I almost never use it!

I've paddled a bunch of Carolinas and always have had fun in them. This boat is so versatile and easy to paddle. It's stable and it tracks well. It is made out of a durable plastic so I didn't worry about bashing it on rocks when pulling into shore. I like the hatches, store my food and extra clothes for day trips in there. My only complaint about this boat is that the cockpit seems a little small for someone that is 6 feet tall with long legs.

I like this boat because it's really easy to turn around on a dime. It's suuuuper stable (it's really wide). The seat is really comfortable and there is plenty of room in the cockpit. It doesn't track that great if you're trying to tour for a long time but it does good in moving water and stuff like that. I thought it was kind of weird that the cockpit on it was sooo big. That kind of defeats the purpose of having a sit in kayak, doesn't it? But just throw on a spray skirt and you will be fine! And actually if you had a small dog you could throw them in there in front of you.

So this boat rocks pretty much. It's the CADILLAC of kayaks. I found it to really track well in the water, but it does feel a little squirrelly when there's an undercurrent. It was almost hard to keep it going in a straight line at times. Stronger paddlers definitely. I like the rudder but it doesn't help noticeably unless you're in a really rough situation. The material that it's made out of is nice and shiny but seems like it could break easily.

I paddled one of these babies down the middle fork of the Flathead River in Montana. Wow, what can I say. It was an unforgettable experience. It is definitely a fun boat, but it kind of bucks when you hit big rapids which in turn causes you to get flipped out of it. This would be a really fun boat to play around in on more mellow rivers and lakes, but from my experience with it I wouldn't take it on anything over Class II.

I have a bunch of Sealine bags and I love every one of them. I have one of these see through ones and I like to use it for FOOD. I put clothes and personal stuff for river trips in non see through ones. I like using my clear one for food so I can dig out what I want while I'm on the river really fast.

I love these tie downs because if I am going far with my boats I feel more secure about having them on the roof with these bow/stern tie downs on there. You always get a little lift when you have kayaks on top of your roof but when I crank these down it really cuts that out. Love em.

I like this bag because it has everything I need and it's so lightweight. This is what I throw into my bag when I go for a day hike. I threw in a few extras like pain killers and matches. This is essential for anyone hiking in the backcountry.

I have a few different helmets including this one. It's so unbelievably light compared to my old Giro helmet. I love how the vents have removable pads so when it's hot I take them out. I like how big the vents are so I don't overheat. All of my goggles fit really well with this helmet.

I had these on my old 98 Ford Ranger. They really didn't fit that great and I would say I wasn't that confident in my stuff staying on my roof with this system.

So these bars are good QUALITY. But I've had Yakima and Thule stuff and Thule is definitely better with their square bars. Stuff just stays up there better for sure.

I agree with the reviewer above, these glasses fit really good on my head but they are too small in the lenses. I guess if you had a really small face they would fit, either that or put them on your kid. I don't wear mine!

Love these poles. They're light and quality. I would recommend them for any skier for sure.

I like the fit of these goggles and have two pairs. But they fog like CRAZY. I've had so many issues with them. Love the fit, hate the function.

This is a fun board that is easy to control and turn. I like it because it's versatile and I can take it anywhere.

I liked the Lexas first off because of their sick looks. The cap straps function very well and the actual clickers on the bindings are good. They are somewhat stiff but could have been more responsive. Nice quality.

I thought the Emeralds were alright, but they did seem to run super narrow so I had some pain from that. Once I heat molded them they were a lot better. Love the speed zone lacing system.

I love this jacket because it's made so well. But I guess it was too minimalist for me. A more substantial powder skirt would really be nice. The fabric has a really cold backing to it, so you need to wear more than just a base layer. It fits true to size, but slimly.

The review above is correct these do run about a size smaller than usual North Face stuff. They are a little long but good for river running. Hated the mesh liner.

Like all the Chacos I have ever purchased, these are so awesome. I bought these for my boyfriend and he wears them all the time. They're bomber in water and on slick rocks, he loves them for canyoneering. 5!

I like this watch because it's so cool looking. It's got a medium to large fit. I got the brown and it's sick. The bad part is that the little metal Nixon emblems broke off within a matter of months of buying it.

This fairing is awesome, it stops the whistling in my roof rack. Make sure to measure across your roof to see exactly what size you need, the first one I got was too small. Very easy to install, make sure to tighten it down as much as possible.

They're just load bars. But they're easy to install, work well and I like em. End of story!

I bought this pack to use as a resort pack snowboarding and skiing. I really love this pack, it has convenient compartments to store little things like clif bars and cameras. The straps are comfortable. I don't like the vertical front zipper, it's hard to get open. Other than that it's a great pack.

I use this on all of my Gore-Tex and waterproof gear. It's great, gets absolutely all the dirt out of my stuff without compromising the waterproofness. Gotta have it if you plan on washing that GTX jacket!

I like the Heli pro because it's really functional. It's got all the straps and pockets I need. I really like the top mini pocket for a camera/granola bar. I don't like how it seems like it has TOO many straps, I'm afraid to carry it on piste, don't want to be getting caught on the lift.

I really like my Pat Baggies, I wear them all summer long pretty much. Great for kayaking, rafting, canyoneering, CLIFF JUMPING! They dry so fast and are super comfortable.

I bought this helmet for my boyfriend who has never worn one before snowboarding. He adjusted very well with this one and now refuses to ride without it. It's comfortable and keeps his head warm. He just wishes it had a little more venting and cushier ear pads.

I bought this jacket for my brother last Christmas and he loved it. It is pretty thick, thicker than other models of The North Face fleeces. Very cushy and soft. It runs true to size.

I bought this for my father for Christmas last year. He lives in Florida but travels quite a bit. He loves it because it is so versatile, he can unzip the fleece for just a light jacket, wear the shell alone for rain, or both for ultimate protection. A+!

I usually ride on Diamir Explore bindings but had a chance to try these out. In short they are bombproof. They are noticeably stiffer than the Explore version. The action clicking in and out is much smoother and I didn't have any rattling while skiing on hardpack.

The MSR Denalis are a no brainer for those looking for a quality pair of snowshoes. I like these because the crampons are so durable and they are super light weight.

These sandals are the best ever. The bottoms mold to your feet for a custom fit. They actually last a long time, I've had mine for several years.

I have several Baja dry bags and will purchase no other brand. I use them for river trips and kayaking and the are awesome. Very durable materials.

I love this life jacket because it's specially tailored to a women's body. It fits more comfortably than any other life jacket I've tried out and is comfy for kayaking.

I love this seat for river trips. I like it over others because the back is cut higher, so it doesn't bend over when you lean back on it. You can actually lean back into it and relax.

I love my Petzl tikka plus. It's so lightweight. It would be nice if it threw off a little more light but that's what you get for this size of lamp. It's great for reading or digging out stuff in your pack when you're camping.

I love this cookset because it is durable, first off. It's also really light which rocks. Enough pots to make a really good meal on the go.

Love these skins, they grip really well. They fit on Hippy Stinx and K2 Nancies well. I don't know if they're worth the whole price but that's a different story!

Use this glue to keep my glidelite skins stickin to my boards. Works great, can lose it's stickiness in super super cold conditions.

I have a slightly older version of this pack and don't get me wrong, it rocks. It is huge, great space. I love how the hip belt is super plush padded, and it fits me really well. But the pack itself is HEAVY compared to others in its class.

The Clash is such a fun and versatile ride. Take it on groomers, take it in pow, take it into the park. It will handle anything. Easy and fun to ride. I think the graphics on my board from a couple years back are way better than this years though!!

These shorts are super cute but they run about a size small so order up. The belt is really neat. They are a little thick fabric wise, I'd wear them hiking or backpacking.

I used this vest kayaking on Lake Powell. It's great! I love the range of movement, it's almost like not wearing a vest at all. Comfy in kayak seats. Good buy!

I loved this tank not so much for the color but the fit. It is cut just right. The straps are adjustable which is always nice. The fabric is a little stretchy, and it runs true to size.

This is a must have for anyone transporting kayaks or canoes. These straps are really thick and durable. Feel safe knowing your boats are going NOWHERE when you're crusing at 80 on the highway.

The above reviewer is right, with 3 people plus gear you'd never fit inside this thing. The entrance is a little tight when the fly is guyed out but other than that the tent is awesome. Could use some more ventilation.

Great item for groups as stated. If you've got 3 or more people it works great. Boil water, make some eggs, mix some oatmeal. This is a good setup. Used it for a couple huge breakfasts for 5 people and it worked well.

Loved this paddle because it was so darn LIGHT! I'd say it had medium stiffness when encountering hard strokes in the water. It's crazy how light it is, it really noticeably cut down on my arm fatigue.

I like this stove because it's small and has an adjustable flame. It's downfall is that the flame goes out really easily when it's windy out.

The 6 liter bag is good for extended trips where water is sparse. It's easy to fill right from the river and add a water purifier. It’s great for hanging in a tree for a shower or to wash hands before cooking. The only downfall is that carrying six liters of water is pretty dern heavy.

I like these bindings a lot. Mounted on K2 Public Enemys. They make the ski a lot stiffer underfoot, but that's good, right? Great action on the touring part and good quality/durability.

I think this is a good boot. The vibram soles are really good in the snow. They're super warm. My boy likes them for snowshoeing because of the little lip deal on the back for a more bomber connection. He also hooks his gaiters on the D ring, nice feature.

The vest is comfortable but it doesn’t do a great job keeping warm in the cold. Seems like most Columbia stuff, fashion, not function. Boo.

I got this hydration pack for skiing. It holds just the right amount of water for a day's worth of skiing. I like the two compartments on the front, I throw in a hat or some food. It's low profile and doesn't have a bunch of straps to get caught on the lift.

My boyfriend has had one of these jackets for a few years. It has treated him very well. For the most part it's waterproof and breathable. It's cut kind of long for his liking. But it needs to be washed with Techwash and taken care of, which he hasn't done. Now it's lost it's waterproof ability.

I have these boots for winter use and they are awesome. Not only are they super warm, but they are waterproof too. I can trudge through the snow for a long time without getting my wet feet. The traction is unbelievable, they grip even on solid sheets of ice.

This was a gift for my mother for mountain biking. She likes the accessibility of the water but didn't really like the fit, it cut into her shoulders.

My boyfriend mounted these on his new public enemys. He noted that they added a lot of stiffness underfoot, something to get used to. I skied them and noticed the same. The actual function of the touring part of the binding is very bomber and looks like it will hold up over time.

I have these Marmot mitts from a couple years ago. They are pretty warm and really waterproof. I like the leather stuff on the palms, since I ski they grip the poles really well. I do think there is a little too much room inside the actual mitt, so they aren't as warm as they could be. But I've had them for awhile and they're definitely quality.

I've had toasters for years now. Lost a couple pairs, bought new ones right away. The fit is great, a little on the small side. Love the interchangeable lenses. I use them for biking or running because they're pretty light.

I love my redpoint jacket. It runs big, I usually wear a large but got a medium. The sleeves are a little short but otherwise it fits great. I love how warm this jacket is but it's still thin and not bulky. I got soaked while wearing this thing in rain/snow and it kept me warm even then. I just wish mine had a hood.

I've had this Hind bra for about a year and use it mostly for skiing or trail running. I really like the built in cups and support. It's also pretty breathable and not hot. I do NOT like how the straps cut into my shoulders so much. They need to be thicker!

Got these for my Denali Classic snowshoes and love them. Really great flotation, noticeable difference when compared to the snowshoes without on powder.

I demoed these last season. They are super flexy and fun to ride in pow for sure. Great for jibbers. I don't think they'd be the greatest on hardpack because of the flex.

I've used these Black Diamond poles a few times, and I like them a lot. Easy to click and adjust length. They seemed durable until my boyfriend nicked a tree with one and it totally broke in half. D'oh!

My boy has these prana pants and wears them ALL THE TIME. They are super soft and comfy, I even steal them sometimes. They seem to run on the long side though, and from what he says a little small in the waist. He uses them for hiking and camping, they are really durable.

I bought the trackers to fit onto my Honda Element. They fit into the slots perfectly and were flush with the roof, looks great.
