Scarpa Marathon Rock Climbing Shoe

Scarpa Marathon Rock Climbing Shoe

Rating for this product: 5 August 29, 2005

I'm sorry about the cliche, but not about this purchase. I brought these shoes out West for use in Red Rocks in Nevada, the High Sierras in California, and Zion in Utah, and I could not have been happier. Great for edging, great for cracks, and awesome for scrambling and rapping down and avoiding that "break your foot" type pain you get with slippers. You can wear these things all day.

Petzl Express Quickdraw Sling

Petzl Express Quickdraw Sling

Rating for this product: 5 August 29, 2005

Almost all of the climbing gear I own is Petzl because I love it and trust it. This sling is of the best quality and nice and thick for it's narrow width. It is as sturdy as they come.

Just like every other piece of Petzl equipment, this lives up to the same exacting standards as the rest. All of my quickdraws are capped by Spirits.
