The best thin sock

Lorpen Coolmax Multisport Light Shorty Sock

Lorpen Coolmax Multisport Light Shorty Sock

Rating for this product: 5 January 4, 2009

Let's face it feet are sweaty and thicker cushioned socks just get soggy. This nice thin fitted sock keeps your feet dry and comfy. I wear these socks everyday and have even run a marathon in them with no blisters. I love these socks.

Hey Backcountry.com guys, here have the blue colored ones gone?
Bottom line: buy 5-6 pairs at a time.

My favorite jacket

Marmot Original DriClime Windshirt - Men's

Marmot Original DriClime Windshirt - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 7, 2008

I live on the gulf cost and let's face it, it never gets cold. This jacket is perfect almost all winter long. It's light, very comfortable and great to run in. I'm on me second one after wearing out the first and plan on getting another when the current one wears out. I only wish it was slightly more water resistant.

Great, comfortable hiking pants

Mountain Hardwear Runout Pant - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Runout Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 July 17, 2007

I just returned from 2 weeks hiking in the Canadians Rockies and these pants held up great. No bunching, chaffing, snags or serious wear. They are a tad thick so if you live wear it's hot and humid they might be a bit too warm.
Would be a near perfect pant if a thigh pocket was added to the left left similar to the right.

nice sock but sized too small

X-Socks Desert Storm Trekking Sock

X-Socks Desert Storm Trekking Sock

Rating for this product: 2 July 17, 2007

I bought a pair of these socks to try them out but have been disappointed that the fit was too small on my size large. I have a pair of X-socks Airforce 1 Trekking socks that fit perfectly. I'm not sure if the problem is for the entire Desert Storm style of sock or if I just got a bum pair.
