Asterisk Cell Knee Protection System - Pair

December 9, 2011

DonJoy or Asterisk?

I'm looking at getting the pair, but I am wondering how these compare to the DonJoy Armor Knee Brace? I know the Asterisk are a little bit cheaper, but I have instability in both knees and am looking for support and injury prevention. I'm wanting the best for my money.

Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride Glove

November 14, 2011

Are there any suggestions you guys have for a replacement leather conditioner? I'm out of the small packet that came with my gloves, and need to reapply some before the season starts.

Hestra Ski Cross Glove

Hestra Ski Cross Glove

Rating for this product: 4 January 14, 2011

These are awesome gloves, I use them on warm days. I haven't experienced the bleeding some people say that happens with the dye. But I live in Michigan, we don't get the wet deep stuff.

Swix Bronze All-Round Brush

Swix Bronze All-Round Brush

Rating for this product: 4 January 13, 2011

This brush is essential to a proper waxing brush quiver, but it's not what I would call a "do it all brush". Too stiff and coarse for polishing work.

Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride Glove DO NOT USE

January 13, 2011

I was fortunate enough to end up with two pair of Hestra's this Christmas. When applying the balm to the gloves, how much do I need to apply? I used part of one package on a pair and most of one other glove. I am left with about half a packet of balm. Did I use too little?

Swix Waxing Iron Cover

Swix Waxing Iron Cover

Rating for this product: 5 February 27, 2009

It does what it ways. It protects you iron wherever you store it. I store mine in a tool box with my waxes and tuning tools, and it hasn't melted my waxes at all. It gets warm, but not warm enough to mess with my wax.
