Hot shirt!!

I agree with the comment above that it runs big; I normally wear large also and needed to downsize to a medium. Other than that, it's a super sweet shirt that Backcountry should give a free stick with to beat off all the hot chicks you'll attract when wearing it.

Best All Around Shoe - Hands Down!!

La Sportiva Exum Ridge Shoe - Men's

La Sportiva Exum Ridge Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 18, 2005

Approaches, light hikes, scrambling, mountain and trail running - you name the activity it does it better than any other shoe on the market!!!

Trust me; I've tried all the other brand's "top of the line" shoes and they can't hold a candle to this one for fit, toughness and capability - La Sportiva has got a huge winner here.

About my only complaint (I'm a heavier guy) would be for a little more cushioning in the forefoot area.

One of the worst trail running shoes out there

The North Face Ultra 102 Trail Running Shoe - Men's

The North Face Ultra 102 Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 August 18, 2005

I really don't have much good to say about this shoe. Too few eyelets (i.e. can't get a good snug fit to eliminate foot slippage in shoe when trail gets vertical). The plastic eyelets broke within the first week I had them. The alternate lacing system (laces through mini webbing) burns through the webbing in no time - duh North Face.

About the only thing good I have to say about the shoe is that the suspension stays cushy on the long haul.

North Face you've got alot of work to do too match the durability of your nearest competitor.
