Difference is between the women vs mens version? Does anyone know exactly what the difference is between the women vs mens version of the S7? They usually make the womens version softer but seeing as how the S7 is already has quite a soft flex, maybe the men's version might be the better choice??

Well almost ;D

Funny how the Katana has gotten overlooked in previous years. I've been rocking the 176's the last couple seasons & it is my go to ski for almost all conditions. It'll do pow & rail on hard snow, now how is that possible? The 2 sheets of metal makes this quite torsionally stiff for a fat ski & the slight rocker makes it float like a dream.

It appears that the Katana is finally come of age & getting the recognition it deserves. A volkl classic.
