Icebreaker SuperFine 150 Tech Lite Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Icebreaker SuperFine 150 Tech Lite Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 April 27, 2012

I don't dislike this shirt, but $65 is just way too much. If your wife/girlfriend/mom does your laundry, you better be on their asses about not putting the shirt in the dryer or you're in for an uncomfortable surprise. The merino wool against your skin takes a couple of wears, imo, to get used to, and it dries quickly. Unfortunately my shirt isn't as comfortable as it used to be since my wife accidentally chucked it in the dryer. It's scratchy now, and it's not my go-to shirt. Patagonia has the superior product.

Arc'teryx Rampart Pant - Men's

March 6, 2012

I'm 5'11" @ 160 pounds and normally wear 30x32. Reading the reviews, these seem to be relatively close to being true to size.

Will the graphite be back in stock at some point for the 30x32 fit?

Thanks.

Slick look, great wicking

Patagonia Capilene 3 Crew - Men's

Patagonia Capilene 3 Crew - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 8, 2012

I loved this baselayer, so I bought two more. As a baselayer, I don't find myself too warm, but you automatically notice the wicking when you begin to perspire. If I am sweating, this is the most comfortable baselayer I've worn.

I wear this baselayer out because it has such a slick, fitted look to it. Even if you have a little excess at the abdomen level, this shirt will make you look fit. I'm 5'11", athletic build (11-12% body fat), with about a 39" chest. I went with a small.

Be careful with the alpha green. I bought it and the sleeves were an inch shorter than the others. I exchanged it. I'm not sure if it was a dud or not.

Great indoor shoe

La Sportiva Miura VS Vibram XS Edge Climbing Shoe

La Sportiva Miura VS Vibram XS Edge Climbing Shoe

Rating for this product: 5 December 17, 2011

I won't repeat what others have said because I agree that the shoe is fantastic. One thing I haven't seen anyone comment on is the thickness of the rubber above the toes. If you are a toe-dragger, these won't last you very long. I never realized how much I dragged my toes indoors and outdoors. I climb about three times a week and these shoes lasted for about 3 months before a small patch of rubber disappeared.
