I go rappelling about three to four times a week here in southern Idaho and take beginers and teach them how to rap. its even better with good helmets.

Mammut Skywalker 2 Climbing Helmet

Hey I use mine in the sun and it's quite nice to have the vent holes in the helmet the way they are I've used other helmets and they don't let your head breathe at all. I work at a high ropes challenge course and use climbing helmets all day and I say that this is one of the most comfortable helmets I've worn. It's worth buying.

i love this thing i have had it for about a month now and use it at work and a high ropes challenge course. and it is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. i also use it when i go caving and rock climbing. i like the head lamp clips the don't allow your light to go any where even if you're hanging up side down. i would recommend this helmet to anyone.
