How would this work on a leather jacket and chaps? After seeing how wonderful the glove proof worked on my gloves I really want to find something to use on my riding jacket and chaps so in just a shower I don't need to don my rain gear....

Will this work on my Leather Saddle bags on my Motorcycle? My gear always gets wet inside the bags and I can tell the water is absorbing right into the leather.

Will this work with Tour Master Defender Rain gear? The last time I was stuck in a heavy down pour I got wet but not soaked. I have used camp dry in the past to water proof but this seems like its the best and easiest. Do you really just use this stuff like a detergent in the washing machine?
