MSR rocks

MSR Alpine Classic Cookware Set

Rating for this product: 5 April 17, 2007

This is the ultimate backpacking cookset. If you are cooking for more than 2, or cooking for 2 really hungry people look no further. Yes aluminum is lighter, but not that much lighter. With aluminum you also have to protect the non-stick coating. This set is bomb-proof. The lid can be a frying pan as well. If the pans get real dirty, just rinse it out with rocks, sand, & water. The clean up is easy. I am beyond satisfied.

desert footprint

Kelty Teton 2 Footprint

Rating for this product: 4 June 7, 2005

The footprint serves its purpose. It is a little tricky to properly snap in and have the tent perfectly taut. But that is why we have stakes as well. It definitely completes the package on a light freestanding tent.
