Bio:
Love canyoneering in southern Utah, riding my mountain bike in the Wasatch and skiing in Park City.
I also make it a habit of hitting the provo for some blue-ribbon fly fishing on my lunch breaks.

Marmot Limelight 3-Person Tent w/ Footprint and Gear Loft
July 28, 2011
This tent was set up on wet ground and it rained hard. I was completely dry all night (I used the footprint). Additionally, the vestuble had plenty of room for my gregory 75 litre pack, so it stayed dry also.

Five Ten Canyoneer 2 Shoe - Men's
October 17, 2011
I would say no. These are heavier than what you'd want in a running shoe, swimming with them is only to get from A to B (in a canyon) and there are better climbing/approach shoes that you could run in. These are primarily for canyoneering where you need traction and stability and can make the other sacrifices. Check out this shoe, which has the same (or very similar) traction, but is much lighter and easier on the feet for running. http://www.backcountry.com/five-ten-guide-tennie-approach-sh
