Mammut Smart Alpine Belay Device - 8.9mm-10.5mm

Mammut Smart Alpine Belay Device - 8.9mm-10.5mm

super versatile, belays, rappells, autoblocks great. Cant find a compromise. Thought I'd use it for trad and alpine but use it in the gym and at the crags to. once you get used to it you can pay out rope fast without snagging by positioning the nose upward. Catches really well and locks down on the rope. Very safe device. Previous review complained about it being too wide to clip a locking biner into it. Can't figure out what they mean, I use a Petzl Attache and its great.

Mammut S-Flex Headlamp

killer performance in a small package. Super light and uses one AA battery. Works better than my other bigger lights that take one battery. Use it running, climbing and camping.

great pack to climb in

Mammut Neon Light 12 Backpack - 732cu in

Mammut Neon Light 12 Backpack - 732cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 7, 2011

the pack sits up high out of the way of your harness. has an external pouch to hold a reservoir, lots of little pocket and the front pocket has a little bungy cord I think to attach a camera, at least I use it for this. Keeps you from dropping a camera hundreds of feet to the ground if you fumble it. Cheap and well made.

rock, alpine, snow versatility

Mammut Trion Guide 45 +7 Backpack - 2746cu in

Mammut Trion Guide 45 +7 Backpack - 2746cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 7, 2011

Love this pack. Most versatile one I've ever had. Use it as a ski pack for long tours and hut trips, crag pack and alpine pack. Does it all. Holds everything I need for the activity and carries like a champ. Super tough and beefy fabric. Only thing I wish it did was hold a shovel in the outside pocket. But hey, its not really intended as a ski pack and I put my shovel inside and thats fine. Otherwise the thing is perfect!

One light weight jewel

Mammut Creon Light 45 Backpack - 2746cu in

Mammut Creon Light 45 Backpack - 2746cu in

Rating for this product: 5 July 7, 2011

Wow is all I can say. This pack is fantastic. Weighs just over 2 pounds and is incredibly comfy. The adjustable shoulder straps are perfect to get an ideal fit. Features are abundant and all are useful, the side access zip opens wide to get stuff in and out without going through the top. Trecking pole holders also work great. Seems really well made and durable for how light it is
