ULTRALITE!

MSR Packtowl UltraLite

MSR Packtowl UltraLite

Rating for this product: 5 October 11, 2006

These towels are so light it's simply amazing. They handle anything you do and dry out pretty quick. They wash great and seem hold up well. No problems with colors running and although seem like they might tear, they are really strong. I give it my highest rating of any ultralight towel I have and I have several brands. This is by far the best.

Oakley's luke warm customer service...

Oakley THUMP MP3 Sunglasses 256MB

Oakley THUMP MP3 Sunglasses 256MB

Rating for this product: 1 September 18, 2006

The Thumps are a cool concept, but if you scratch or damage the lenses, fuhhgetaboutit! Oakley makes owner replaceable lenses for every pair of sunglasses they sell EXCEPT the Thump. You have to send the WHOLE unit in for an undisclosed amount to replace the lenses and you don't even get the option to upgrade lens colors/types like polarized, iridium etc,. Buy the Thump 2 instead if you must have these. Less aggravation, and you don't feel like you have just been ripped off and wasted your hard earned money. This site, however, is still wonderful, as ever.

Disappointed with Synchro jacket

Mountain Hardwear Synchro Jacket - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Synchro Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 March 9, 2006

Hate this jacket! Windproof my behind! For the price and having owned other Mountain Hardwear products I really expected to get a whole lot more. Skiing in Breckenridge, I had to come off the mountain my first run and buy an extra layer to put underneath because I was so cold. Can I say again how much I hate this jacket? It is going to be sold and I will be looking for another softshell.
