Does anyone else notice a hairline crack between the pieces of the casing when they've got batteries in? With alkaline batteries it is there, but with rechargeables it's especially noticeable. Is it just mine, or a general design flaw?

Can somebody suggest a size? I haven't got a place to try the jacket on locally. 6'3 and 160lbs here, tall and lean. Normally wear an M in most tops and sacrifice some sleeve length. I'd like to layer underneath, but probably won't wear anything super puffy. Marmot seemed to do okay with sleeve and torso length when I tried on some fleeces, so I'm not sure I would size up only for those specs.

Nuun Nuun Tube - 8 Pack

Have used these on 3+ hour bike rides. I'm not a fan of mixing up gatorade, but these have done the trick when it starts getting hard to keep pumping water. Enjoyed the Lemon/Lime a lot. Subdued taste, not too sugary or salty, no funny aftertaste. Tried the Kona Cola as well and didn't like so much. Four stars because it did the job, but not something I'd care to spend too much on.
