It's ok... I bought it when on sale to put me over the minimum for free shipping. It may be good for picnicking or maybe on a day hike. I probably would not take it backpacking. It is well constructed and designed and not likely to break under normal use. I haven't tried, but the feel I get from sealing the cap would make me believe the description's assertion it is waterproof is likely true...

This cup came with a lid it would be perfect! I use this cup nearly everyday for tea at school, where I heat water on a hotplate in this cup. At home I regularly find myself using it instead of a regular mug or cup to heat cold coffee on the stove with this mug.

Ive taken it in addition to my MSR Titan Kettle for backpacking. It will not completely 'nest' in the kettle, as you will not be able to put the lid on. It will nest completely in backcountry's 700ml Ti pot/mug.

The handles are nice and if you line them up will give a wide handle to hold because the bottom part of the handles butt first and the upper portion bows laterally from that point. However, this handle is mildly prone to shifting. I intentionally offset the handles so one is higher than the other and they overlap a little. This makes the width of the handle more narrow (thus less comfortable) however there is no chance they will shift in this configuration. Just my preference.

Two of my doors broke. You get a few battery changes and then the clasp breaks... The return process is ok... They did repair mine, gave me a new strap and sent it back in reasonable time.

However I also sent in a Aurora (another PT model) for repair of basically the same issue (battery clasp broke) and princeton tech replaced my translucent blue colored casing with an ugly olive drab opaque one. I am upset about that change, they could have at least informed me, if that was all they could do. It might only be color, but sending in a product and receiving a significantly different item back without notification is not appealing to myself. When I went through Petzl's service department, they actually took the time to call me with less-than-stellar news about my Duo.

This headlamp is ok; I do find use for it. But it certainly isn't a Petzl in quality or design... or warranty service. For myself, I think the quality of this headlamp/company is best summed up as, when it breaks again I will not bother to repair it or buying a similar one.

Cool small lantern. I find it quite useful. An improvement would be allowing the low portion to seperate from the globe so it could be used as a flashlight (assuming it was focused sufficiently).

I bought this on sale, without the spoon. One of the best Ti bargains I've purchased. This 'pot' is more like a large mug... The only complaint I have is the lid is not tight fitting - which is good and bad. I assume it was designed so the lid can be easily taken off this light cookware without tipping the mug over with boiling water, etc. This is probably the safest design, but I prefer MSR's snug fitting lid on their Titan Kettle although their design usually necessitates grasping the handles for stability before lifting the lid, or risk tip-over.

Additionally, the lid's holes for venting steam are too close to the lifting tab, which will burn your fingers if not cautious and not well suited for straining liquid from noodles, etc. I had to put a notch in the end of my spoon to lift the lid from the pot while boiling to avoid the vents and pinch the lid down when straining. The stuff sack serves as a pot scrubber - pretty cool.
