I hike the PCT in New Balance shoes and liner socks. I took these on a 22 mile hike and they were very comfortable. I will take these on more hikes to see if they last, but it looks good so far. I like the solid weave. It is the "fluffy" socks that have a lot of play in the weave that will give you blisters.

Just what I wanted, a lightweight summer bag. The first time I used it was at the PCT kick-off party and it got down to 35F that night. I got so hot sleeping in it that I had to take my balaclava off and leave it very loose. The second time I used it got down to 38F and I had to snuggle in it to stay toasty. I sleep in my clothes and Frogg Togg rain suit. I wanted something under 2lb and around $100. Excellent!
