Using this stove is so incredibly easy. With everything self contained you won't be looking around for your fuel bottle/canister, configuring a burner, looking for matches/lighter, getting out pots and pans, ect. It's all there and as soon as you fire it up you better be ready to eat. When I get to camp I don't like waiting a long time for a hot drink and hot food. FYI...if you like coffee get the french press add on. Almost no weight and great coffee.

Great Pack

DAKINE Poacher Backpack - 2300 cu in

DAKINE Poacher Backpack - 2300 cu in

Rating for this product: 5 March 25, 2005

I've used this pack about a dozen times for backcournty day trips this year. It came highly recommended to me and I can see why. Plenty of room for all my gear, very comfortable, nice accesibility with the zip out back section, and great comfort both up and down the hill. Only one complaint is that you have to take the bite valve off the camelback if you want to remove it from the Poacher.

Atomic Tele Daddy Telemark Ski

Atomic Tele Daddy Telemark Ski

Rating for this product: 5 March 25, 2005

Atomic nailed it on this one. The ski is light, strong, and fast. I mounted them with the Naxo NX01's and originally I planned on using them mainly in the backcountry and at the resorts on powderdays. I've used them about 12 days in the backcountry and about 10 at Squaw Valley. I thought I would only like them on the pow. I was wrong. These things rip in all conditions (except ice). Now my old skis just collect dust. If you live in the west this is the ski for you. Pull the trigger.
