I like the midweight zip w/ long sleeves

It's not a very thick turtleneck, but the material is comfortable and it does keep you warm on a cold day when used with a ski jacket. If you've got a good jacket and you're skiing in cold weather this will work for you. Or, if you're just going out in the upper 60s you'll be fine with just this. It looks good too.

A good crew -- neck is a little tight

Marmot Silkweight Crew - Long Sleeve - Men's

I really like the material and it looks cool underneath a fleece or jacket. The neck is tight, but by just stretching it a bit (vigorously) you can get it to give a little and be wearable. I like it enough to be willing to put up with a somewhat tight neck line.
