I bought different colors and sizes. I'm 5,51 feets and 121 lbs : i bought small to put without big pull over and meduim for cold winter and put many pull over. They are light, hight quality, and dress feminin. To find something wrong, we can say why we can't take off the hood. You can put to go to job because dress near the body but conftable. Thanks Backcountry and North face for the quality of the parka. Véronique
