Pin scars? These are what you need.
DMM Alloy Offsets
June 4, 2008
The time tested aluminum offset is back, and DMM does a great job. It's amazing how well these things seat into pin scars - they fit so well, it almost takes a bit of fun out of aid pitches because they make it so easy. But I'm not complaining. I've also been throwing them on the rack for free climbing. Basically, anywhere you see a pin scar, these babies will give you a bomber placement.

Great flavor, good energy
Accelerade Accel Gel, 24-Pack
May 22, 2008
I tried a box of the Strawberry, and I was pretty impressed! These gels taste great, much better than a few others I've tried. The formula in these gels seems to contain more protein than competitors', which smooths out the energy release, as opposed to a high and crash cycle. I'd definitely recommend them to any endurance athlete.

Metolius Macro Hold Set - 2 Pack

You want T-Nuts with an inner diameter of 3/8" - standard for climbing walls. And yes, they do come with the bolts.

Wild Country Ropeman Ascender
April 23, 2008
It would work for that purpose, definitely. If you need to do a lot of jugging, you'll be much happier with a more burly ascender. But if you're just climbing a rope here and there, this thing will do the trick.
Answer to: "Will this pully work as a standard pulley. Id like to use it..."
Petzl Pro Traxion Pulley
March 13, 2008
This would depend on a number of factors. If you just want to get the bag off the ground get a standard pulley and tie the rope off at the ground level. The working load limit is 1349 lbs of force. Plenty strong for your bear bag. Once the camming unit is engaged and the teeth lock down. There is no way to pull the rope through unless you manually adjust the camming device to release the load.
I'd advise against using this to pull up your bear bag - it's plenty strong for that, but definitely not what it's designed to do. A lighter, simpler, and cheaper pulley would work just fine. However, if you're setting your bear bag up somehow where you can put a pulley up there, I think you're doing it wrong. If you can climb up there to put a pulley in place, a bear can climb up there to get your stuff.
