i bought this for my 7 year old to use, he is on the young riders team in park city. he previously had the other smaller camelbak for children but there was not enough room. this pack is perfect. large enough for a snack, bike tube and rain jacket if needed. the water reservoir is plenty big. plus, it fits his body proportions correctly and is comfortable for him.
