Tom, I'm 6'2" about 212. I've skied the 185 for 2 yrs now and love them. However, they didn't make the AK version when I bought mine. I'm sure both would work for you.

I have used them numerous days on the hill with the Marker Duke set-up. No problem whatsoever. You do need to adjust the front toe clip..... Pretty easy to do though
