Really good knife over all. It holds an edge well, and its great for camping and hiking.

Ligthweight, easy to use. I use mine with belaying, as well as to anchor in a top rope. Easy to open and close.

I ordered my street shoe size and did still need to break them in a bit. I have been wearing them for a year and they are still in good shape. Really sticky and great for outdoors, or use in the gym.

Great flattering fit. Recommend wearing a cami or bra of a similiar color. Also looks good with contrasting color as the snowflakes stand out a bit more.

These gloves are super warm and last a long time. I have a pair that is still in decent condition, with over 150 days on them. The padding is great for when you get too close to a tree or are on the race hill slamming gates. The color is great but did fade a bit.

I love this pad. The compact size is awesome for loading in your pack, fractions of the size of my old thermarest. I also use this for family car camping, and the amount of room it has freed up in the car is amazing.

Good for backpacking, this is a great addition to a car camping setup as well. When your camp stove is full with your pancakes and sausage, this is perfect for heating the water for coffee, cocoa or a quick face washing session. Very easy to use and quick! Because I do like to eat other than freeze dried foods while backpacking, this will not be my usual stove for weekend trips, but just for a short overnight.
The heat indicator is a fun feature as well.

I love Skull Candy Pipes. I have been really happy with my larger version of this the super pipe. In looking for something smaller and more appropriate for travel this was a no brainer. Great sound, although it will not carry into another room as the super pipe. I got each of my three kids one of these and they are no longer fighting over the ipod charger as this doubles as one. They can all blast thier tunes in the bedroom, without sharing with the whole house.

These are a great shoe for playing and hiking. The sole is really sticky and held up to lots of slickrock abuse on a recent trip to Southern Utah. Comfortable and there was no need to break these in. Not one compaint of a four mile hike, right out of the box. I would say these run fairly true to size, and compared to a similair North Face shoe I just bought, a little smaller than those in the same size. These also came with extra laces of a different color so that was fun for my daughter to change the look.

These are great all around capris. They are stretchy enough for yoga and climbing, and the fabric is more durable than I expected. I have been wearing them gardening and have had no issues with snagging etc. They are fairly form fitting, and I went with a size large. I am 5'10 and 145. I was a bit disappointed with the key pocket. It is only big enough for a key, and I would much prefer having my ID and some cash on me, but this is not an option with the size of this.

These pants are great and super durable and warm. It is hard to find kids technical clothing with adult features, but Spyder does it here. The full length zippers are a definite selling point for this pant.

These are great and far surpass any other thing I have tried(Office bands, hair bands, broccoli bands etc) well worth the $ as these hold up and do not break.

Love the soft, stretchy fabric. This is definitely one of those tops that transfers over well from climbing or yoga to a lunch date with friends. It is also has a nice flattering fit.

Really like this helmet. The sizing adjustment is great, and the fit is quite comfortable. I got the size S/M for my 3 kids ages 10, 12, and 15. I can wear either size comfortably, and have an average sized adult head. The bright colors also help keep track of who's is who's. Nice low profile does not get in the way of seeing your next move and the ventilation allows you to be safe even on the hottest of days. I have yet to test this out with a rock or wall impact, but it does seem pretty solid and covers the critical parts.

This is a great PAS. As a beginner climber, I find it super easy to use and feels incredibly safe. The 42 inch length is great and the multiple links allows for a lot of adjustment.

I got a bunch of these for for family camping and travel. It is great that they come in coordinating colors to match the other sizes. This makes it very easy to keep track of who's is who's in a tent situation. Huge step forward in getting my crew more organized. The mesh top makes it so easy to see the contents too. Seems pretty durable and has so far held up well.

This is a lot nicer than I was expecting. This is just as warm as many bulkier fleece versions. It keeps out the wind and cold. The smooth fabric feels really nice against your face as well. Super packable and takes up less space than a pair of undies in your travel bag.

This is super cute on, and I felt it was true to size for me. It is definitely more of a slim cut, not very baggy. I wear M in most tops and that fits me fine with this. Really soft and great for athletic endeavors of all kinds, or even as casual wear.

I bought these for myself and loved them so much I had to get some as Christmas gifts. Very popular with the skiers and snowboarders in my family. These are super warm and durable. The wool lining is super soft and warm, it also doesn't seem to get as funky smelling either. My two teenagers have these now and I think it is the wool that makes the smell difference.

This bag is awesome. I love how the boots have a seperate compartment behind the shoulder straps. Everything else can sty drier because of this. There is plenty of room for ski boots, a helmet, goggles, gloves and a small water bottle and snack. Comfortable to wear as well, even for a smaller person.

These are great goggles and super durable. They have held up to many days(30+) spent on the slopes. The Medium size fits well on my 14 year olds face. The neon colors are great and really stand out in white out/ low light conditions as well

Kids love POC goggles. Definitely what all their friends are wearing. I have purchased these in several colors over a few years. They are bright and fun and pretty durable(depending on the kid using them of course!) They are reasonably priced so you can afford to have a spare.

This is a nice warm insulated jacket. The bright color(pink/black) makes is easy to spot your little one, even when it is dumping snow and foggy. Only complaint is the hood is not helmet compatible. This seems to be a problem with a lot of kids jackets though, as most kids stuff is geared to be more affordable I guess. No powder skirt either :(

This jacket is beautiful. The outer satin-like fabric makes this pretty enough to wear out, but is great for layering on a cold day skiing. Also great alone on a warmer day. The DWR coating makes this an awesome water-resistant option in a light snowstorm as well.

These are great shoes. Super comfortable(no complaining), and easy to get on and off. I got these for my 9 year old daughter and they run true to size. I also picked up this in XS: http://www.backcountry.com/black-diamond-iris-harness-womens and the color of the willow matches perfectly the lime green version of this shoe. Very important for a climbing princess :)

This bag is great. It is super heavy duty and defenitely up for the demands of a ski vacation. Plenty of room for two pairs of large skis, poles, and extra room as well for tuning equipment etc... The wheels are super nice as it is quite heavy when full. There are plenty of handles too so carrying is easy as well.

I can't imagine anything better than slipping these on after a long day in ski boots... well not much anyway. Love wearability without socks so no need to pack an extra pair for apres ski. functionality completely makes up for fashion lacking here!

Swix has it down. Use LF for a bit more speed or if the snow is a little bit wet. Don't leave it in your bases for too long though as the fluoro will dry them out.

Got these for my man. He needed a hiking boot, but for winter. These are great, but if you are in super cold or not active while out in it they may come up a little on the under insulated side.

Thinking of getting your tuning file from the hardware store? Don't do it. Standard bastard cut files from your local hadware store are not flat. Use those and who knows what your bevel will really be. These files are are the only way to go for setting your edge geometry.

This brush is great to open up your base before your first coat of wax. Then use it again for one or two passes after you scrape.

This is a good quality brush that will last years if properly cared for. Leaves a good polished base ready for final touch with the horse hair.

I love icebreaker for myself, but it is even better for kids. The fact that it naturally resists odors thus requires less washing is reason enough to buy, for a week of skiing you only need 2 pair, as opposed to one a day of the synthetic stuff. Not at all itchy either which means no complaining :)

This is the softest top ever! My daughter loves wearing this, and is also a great performance top for winter skiing and riding. Looks nice enough to wear out and about too! Love it when companies make things for kids that are so functional but look nice as well.

I was really impressed with the weight of this fabric! It is super warm. I purchased the blue color because the black was out of stock for the size I needed and it actually looks better in person than the black I think!

I was super skeptical on these shoes when they first arrived. The packaging method is a bit unique, as these come in an environmentally friendly bag, versus a traditional shoe box. Once they were opened up, and put on,( they arrive in a flattened state) my husband loved these, way comfortable! Like wearing a pair of slippers only much better looking

I love that these goggles have a rubber grip on the inside of the strap. This keeps the goggles in place on your helmet which is awesome

I bought these for use as a powder ski, and can't wait to get on them! They are super lightweight, which is nice because I like a big ski, but hate carrying them around in the resort. I got the 181 and am 5'10 and 150 pounds, they will be perfect!

I bought this jacket for my 11 year old son. He loves the bright yellow color and after many days of wearing it skiing and snowboarding, it still looks new and not needing washing. The only thing I wish this coat had was a hilmet compatible hood, and some venting, but this is hard to find in a lot of the kids models of all brands, not just this one.

I bought this for my kids to use, they are 11 and 14. It really makes it easy for them to do thier own edges, with little supervision. It is nice to add something to our tuning gear to give them some independence.

I bought these for my husband and they are a great alternative to the usual business style shoe that is not so great for Utah in the winter. Good tread for snow and ice! Warm too! He loves these.

I love this top! I have worn it nearly every day since I got it which was a few weeks ago. It is so soft and warm, I can't resist! I have worn it on cold days skiing in the mountains as a layering piece as well as over a t shirt around town and at home. Very versatile and enjoyable to wear.
