I FREAKIN LOVE THESE POLES. Totally stoked after I took them out of the box. Here is the low down. They are really light. They look bitchin. Numerous people asked me if I was skiing with antique bamboo poles. The straps are great. Much wider than I am used to but if you ski with your strap as support for you hand when you push down, you will love the straps. Straps are also idiot proof and can be adjusted for lenght with your gloves on. Then there is the handles, they have a nice feel to them with nice bumps for between your fingers and they look retro. OK, yes they are $40 more than most other poles but how often do you really buy poles? My last pair made it 15 years, I'll have these until I can't ski any more. worth it. You won't regret it. They should come with a free WWII bomber jacket and a leather pilot's hat. I'm not letting these babies out of my sight.

Thought they were a little expensive but big the bullet and bought a pair. Man was I wrong. These are awesome and totally worth it. Coldest i've used them in is zero degrees with 30mph of wind and i was totally warm and cozy. i even dropped half a snowball in one while on the life, stuck my hand in and it wicked away the water like it never happened. A BIG tip, they came literally exactly as per the sizing chart so they are actually a tad tight on me and very tight at the wrist area. I would consider going for one size above your chart size. On mine, the fit is so precise that the velcro wrist strap is not needed one bit, its already there. My fingers aren't short but they aren't long. there is no extra space at the end after your finger which is brilliant. Its as thought they were tailored for my individual hands. A lifetime purchase. Gauntlets are great also, perfect length. I'm sold for life. even bought another lighter pair for sprint and a pair of the shorter no gauntlet version for my wife which she totally loves. SOLD!

Bought a pair for my wife. She is totally content and happy with them. Warmest gloves she has ever worn and she's very content. They fit perfect as per the sizing chart, high quality and warm. Worth every single penny. And they look great also. Can't go wrong.

I'm here writing this review as this POC helmet saved my life. I hit a tree on a pure random accident by catching an edge in the powder at the wrong moment. I was skiing with the family and not even skiing hard. I took a direct blow to the right side. A couple of broken bones and the body is very bruised up but my head was as if the accident never happened and i hit my head pretty hard. I barely had a headache. Thanks to all at POC! You are a fool not to spend the extra money. Nice bonus... its very warm in bad conditions. I've used this helmet in warm spring days and I've used it in zero degrees with a thirty mile per hour wind. fine in both conditions. LOVE THIS HELMET! And as another bonus, the earmuffs are very comfortable. GO POC!
