KEEN Revel Boot - Women's
May 2, 2012
I have been hiking in mine in all weather types and temps, the only complaint I have is they are not water proof. I stepped in a puddle up to my ankles and they were wet inside when I got to the car, but my feet were not cold. I think it all comes down to the kind of socks you wear. I have light to heavy for the different temps 57-75 degrees it what my hikes have averaged so far. Will try it in the 80's soon.

Teva Tirra Sandal - Women's
April 14, 2011
Why would anyone use an open toe, heel, sandal for multi sports? I would seriously be concerned about debrie cutting my feet.

KEEN Balboa Sandal - Women's
April 14, 2011
I wouldn't want to, too many open spots for debrie to get into. Try the Vibram Fivefingers, excellent multisport shoe, in my opinion, the best.

KEEN Venice Sandal - Women's
April 14, 2011
Actually my foot is wide also, and I have found that Keen is one of the better shoes for wider feet, especially women. But hey, Backcountry has the best return policy ever.

Patagonia Capilene 1 Bottom - Women's
November 19, 2010
Thanks for the suggestion on the Patagonia Capilene 3. Are these comparable to the dry wicking materials? How do I know what weight to get and for what conditions? We hike and backpack in all varieties of weather and I don't want to overheat, nor do I want to freeze. Can they be worn as pants?

Patagonia Capilene 1 Bottom - Women's
November 18, 2010
Hey folks, wanna pick your brains on this one. I just pruchased the Stoic Breathe T-shirt Polartec power dry and I was wondering what bottoms I should get to compliment the shirt? I LOVE the shirt, egg plant, and the holes at the end of the sleeves are great for helping keep my arthritis warm. Thanks Diane
