Osprey Packs Ariel 65 Backpack - Women's - 3600-4200cu in
October 25, 2010
I'm going on a month long trip to Fiordland in March. Trying to pack lightly, but have never packed for a month on the trails before. I have a gregory forester that does NOT fit me, so I'm looking for a new pack that will not destroy my body on the trails. this one felt great in the store, but I'm wondering what people have to say about packing this thing for longer trips? I guess all gear and clothing will fit no prob, but what about food for about... 8 days? I guess that's the biggest variable? Thanks!

MSR Hubba Tent: 1-Person 3-Season
October 20, 2010
I couldn't find a comment from someone who has tried to set this tent up in the rain, is it possible?
I've read that some tents can be set up all at once during a rain storm so the interior stays dry.
Also, could there be enough room to fit the pack inside? or do you think there's enough room in the vestibule to fit say a 75 l pack?
