Dunno about the women's, but my men's appear to be almost symmetrical. The over-the-foot buckles are different left-to-right, but the plastic is the same. You could drill out the rivets and swap the buckles left to right on one binding.

The only asymmetry I see in the plastic foot-wrap is a small tab that keeps the tension buckle on the heel strap on one side. You could probably make the required loop on the other side out of a piece of leather or urethane-coated nylon (eg. gaiter instep straps) etc.
