Bowdown and Rollers/Saddles together

Yakima Hully Rollers Boat Mount DO NOT USE

Yakima Hully Rollers Boat Mount DO NOT USE

Rating for this product: 5 September 29, 2009

Originally I purchased two sets of rollers and two sets of aero saddles. I have an Expedition and the two boats did not fit together up top (too wide). So, Plan B. We used one set of rollers and one set of saddles for the large fishing kayak (55 lbs). This made loading it on the roof rack REALLY EASY. Next we used the Yakima "Bowdown" for the regular size kayak (45 lbs). So we have one kayak flat and one kayak on its side. Both load easy and both work really well.Don't be afraid to mix and match your Yakima racks. I found the Yakima far superior to the Thule. Hope this review helps
