Scarpa Mojito Shoe - Men's

Scarpa Mojito Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 July 6, 2011

These shoes can do it all from hiking to looking stylish, the Scarpa Mojitos are the go to shoe. I can look good enough to go anywhere and not look like I've been scaling mountains all day. Or, I can climb mountains all day and have my feet thank me for wearing my Scarpas. Overall a durable versatile shoe.

Ibex Woolies Bottom - Men's

April 20, 2011

I'm 5'7" 140 and the smalls are a bit tight on the waist and a tad long on the leg. So i would probably suggest a medium for you. Hope this helps, I know its a few months late for you but i couldn't see a question go unanswered on backcountry.

Mountain Hardwear Integral Zip Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

April 18, 2011

It's sort of between a loose and a tight fit. It is meant to hug the body, but it certainly does not grab you like UnderArmour does.

Marmot Zeus Down Jacket - Men's

April 18, 2011

Actually i think Marmot is selling themselves short with putting this jacket at 15 onces. I weighed it before putting it into my pack, because I'm a big ultra light enthusiast, and I got 14.6 onces.

Arc'teryx Eon SLW Boxer - Men's

Arc'teryx Eon SLW Boxer - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 3, 2011

Tested in the frigid cold and playing sports, but also great for everyday use. Supper comfortable, easily the best underwear I've ever worn; but I wouldn't expect anything less from Arc'teryx, especially for that price.

Warm and light base layer

Mountain Hardwear Integral Zip Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Integral Zip Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 January 3, 2011

This base layer is amazingly warm for it's weight, nothing like merino wool. The shirt is very comfortable and serves its purpose beautifully. The only reason i didn't give it five stars is because the zipper on the collar can be a bit uncomfortable on the neck untill you get use to it. Tested on the slopes and in blizzards.
