Bio:
I'm from Logan, Ut but I now go to school at the University of Utah and live in Salt Lake City. I have a passion for action and adventure sports, as well as the products used in them. I know a lot about skis, snowboards, and bikes. I am also a bike mechanic and do minor repairs and maintenance on skis and snowboards.

G3 Skin Savers
January 14, 2012
I need something to put my skins on to save them, and while in the backcountry the sheets I have now are 140mm like my skins, the issue is I have no room for error when putting them on. I was thinking about getting the BD Cheat Sheets at 170mm instead. What do you guys think?

MFD Alltime AT Binding

The pivot of the heel piece will still work just as it's supposed to. Don't worry.

Look Pivot 14 Ski Binding

I would choose the Jester over the Pivot. The Jester has a wider base that will give you more control over a wider ski.

Marker Griffon Schizo Ski Binding
December 8, 2011
Don't get this binding if your feet are still growing. I bought these and had them mounted to my old boots. Once I got my new boots the only way to keep them without remounting them was to keep them stationary and defeat the purpose of the entire binding. Needless to say I had to spend another 30 and get them remounted for my new boots.
