No this is treated w a DWR coating, which will make it resistant to moisture, a light snow and precip like that; but its by no means "water proof"

You're right on the brink of an XL..I would say t to size yourself off the sizing chart, specifically waist and chest and go from there. If you're on the fence, order both and send the one that doesn't fit as well back.

This will include 2 and should work on almost any 8-11 foot oar. If you find you can't cinch them down tight enough you should use a shim to take up space. Generally though you should be good.

I was skiing the K2 phat luv in a 153 and went to the S7 in the 176 and as far as differences in maneuverability goes i don't really notice any at all. They Float like a dream in the pow and can carve on an edge when you need it. I don't think you'll be disappointed with them. They ROCK!

This is 77 at the waist so anything that size or up to prob good. 85 would be ok.. but 85 leaves a lot of hangover, which isnt always good.
