Nikwax Tech Wash

August 7, 2010

I've been in this situation many times before so maybe this may work for you. First saturate the garment in cold water for a few minutes until completely soaked. Using a soft bristle brush, grab some nikwax tech wash and place a bit on the stain. Use the brush in a circular motion to try to penetrate the stain. If it starts to get a bit dry add a few drops of cold water and continue to work the stain. Continue to do so until the stain has completely been lifted. Submerge the area in cold water where the stain was and using the brush again, work until all of the nikwax has come off. Always treat the stains before washing any of your gear to ensure the best results. This has always been my method of choice whether its washing my technical gear to regular cotton tees.
