Can someone help me choose between the Burton Tango and the Burton Command?I usually get pretty cold on the mountain but want to be able to wear around town as well.Im 4'11'' and 115 pounds so I am short and curvy. Looks like they are both the "Team Fit" so is there a better jacket for me?

If my chest is 36' and my hips are 36' is a small a good size for me?I am only 4' 11'' so is this going to be too long for me (the "team fit")?
