Metolius Safe Tech Deluxe Harness - Men's

This harness is more comfortable than most harnesses if you have to hang in it for a while, but depending your weight you might want to get the Waldo. I'm about 170 and have hung in it for up to 6hrs and it is much better than the regular safe tech harness with the smaller waist belt, but the Waldo would probably be much more comfortable.

The answer to your question is no. This harness has to be threaded by you and the waist loop changes color when you double it back.
