Got these for my wife, she loves them. Definitely warmer than the previous gloves she owned, kept her hands warm at Keystone when the temps were in the single digits and wind chill probably drove the "real feel" temps even lower. She skis and these work very well for her, no issues with dexterity or comfort. Gloves seem to fit true to size per her hand measurements and the sizing chart provided on the website. Great build quality, nice job, Hestra!

Warm!!!

Hestra Army Leather Expedition Mitten

Got these and tested them out this past weekend at Keystone. Temps were around in the teens, with wind chill probably lower. Gloves kept my hands VERY warm the entire time, almost to the point of sweating. I have poor circulation in my hands and went through several gloves before getting these (including the BD Guide gloves - great gloves, just not warm enough for me).

These mitts are indeed large. Great build quality, well finished. Inner glove is 3 finger lobster mitt with leather coverings on the front of the fingers - probably could be used on their own for spring skiing, very handy for making adjustments with the mitts off. They come only in 7, 9 or 11, so don't wait for in between sizes if you are looking for extremely warm mitts. These would also work great for any of the northern states like MN, ND, etc., even in those low temps.

Overall great mitts, highly recommended, well worth the money. My wife has the Heli mitts and loves them as well. Great job, Hestra!
