i was at my local outfitter and saw one and the large looked huge!
the large sweatshirt (patagonia) i tried on and was swimming in it.
typically i wear a large tee. 6' 190lbs 34waist bodybuilder frame.

great lamp

This headlamp is great!
Ive had it for a year now and no problems so far!
it is surprisingly bright! i guess i wasn't expecting it to be that bright when i bought it but holy cow! this thing lights up a good 25 yrds in front of you.
haven't ad to change batteries yet which it great! i think it takes 3 triple A's which are included with the lamp. its a pretty standard lamp with High, medium, low and emergency flash. one of the little things that got me was the flip up red lens. always ready, always there, and it protects your night vision while reading in the dark.

i do not wear these in the snow at all. they are very low cut and the snow can get in the sides and freeze my ankles off.
however if youre talkin about walking on the sidewalk in the winter these should be fine. i typically throw on a pair of merino wool sock and go.

Love these pants.
im a 34 and wear a large they fit great!
i have a pair from 2005ish and they seem like they are built better than the 2010. Still great pants. old ones have velcro zipper which i like better and the new has common zipper.
2010 seem a bit longer and lighter weight than my older ones.
Still love the pants. i wear them canoeing, and camping (spring summer early fall) they are light and dry quickly
