great in the pow, and out of it

Nitro Team Series Gull-Wing Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 January 24, 2010

I had the opportunity to ride this board at Brighton, Solitude and the Canyons, all on sick pow days (thanks bc.com for letting me out this week) This board handled it all, from drops in Mary chutes to first lines on the east side of 9990'. Really fun and responsive board with tons of float in the powder, but still retaining the pop (due to the camber of the gullwing design) that i was lacking on other reverse camber boards like the K2 turbo dream. Overall, great all around board that handles the deep stuff without lacking in other areas.

Fun board

K2 Turbo Dream Snowboard

K2 Turbo Dream Snowboard

Rating for this product: 4 January 19, 2010

I got to ride this board this weekend and had a blast on it. Really fun for laying some trenches on the groomers and really easy to release spins on jumps. Didn't get to ride any powder so i didn't get the full experience this board was designed for, but still really fun and loose. The reverse camber was definitely a little awkward on rails at first.
