Do these shrink at all? I got a large and they are a little big

Do these shrink at all? I got a large and they are a little big in the waist and a tinsy bit long...wondering if I should exchange for the medium or just wash these because they aren't falling off they just are not snug whatsoever. Thanks!

I got the blue and it is a pretty color, but I just don't like the design. The high neckline is pretty, but the armholes were too big. The pocket that is in front(left) makes the shirt sit awkwardly, so you cant even see how one side is (intentionally)longer than the other. The shelf bra was not as supportive as i like. Maybe I needed a size smaller but there were none and I'm afraid the neck would have been uncomfortable if I got the next size down.
