Solstice Cafe Carlyle Shell - Men's
March 18, 2010
This jacket really is suitable for a lot of different conditions and locations. If I understand your concerns correctly you are worried about warmth and style. This jacket is just a hard shell without really any insulation. It's main purpose is just to keep out the wind and moisture, which it does quite well. What that means though is that whether or not you are too warm or too cold depends on what you layer under it. On warmer days I may just have a base layer or two under it, but on colder days I wear my mountain hard wear lo-down jacket under it.
As a backcountry/big mountain oriented skier, I love the style of this jacket, but whether or not you'll like it as snowboarding steeze really depends on your own preference, but I think you could definately get away with it on a board.

Smith Maze Helmet

yes, goggles fit under this helmet. I wear the smith fuze goggles with them. It isn't perfect but it looks pretty good, You're definitely save with any Smith goggles and probably anything else. I guess for adjustment it depends on what you are trying to adjust.
