Good for IT Band support but not a cure all

CW-X Performx Tight - Women's

I got these to help keep my IT Band in check on long runs. They work superbly! However I'm still having IT Band woes, so they are by no means a cure all. But I do feel like they keep my legs aligned and even reduce post workout swelling. And they look cool. For those of you worried about buying that smaller size I say go for it. I was right on the border fit wise between an XS and a Small. I went with the XS and I'm not dissapointed. (5'3", 115) They go on with some finessing, just roll them up your leg like you would a pair of panty hose.Happy Running y'all!

CW-X Stabilyx Tight - Women's

December 14, 2009

Need help deciding on the right tight for IT band trouble. After long runs I'm sore in my outer knee. I also have occasional hip flexor issues. Size recommendation would be so appreciated too. I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs. Thanks so much!
