Could be more supportive

CW-X LifeFit Box-Cut Brief - Men's

CW-X LifeFit Box-Cut Brief - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 August 5, 2010

I find these to be less supportive than other boxer briefs. I could not do high intensity activities with these boxers without things moving out of place. For moderate to low activity they were fine, but at higher activity, they did not provide the support needed. Other than that, they were comfortable. But given the entire purpose of these boxer briefs is to provide exceptional support, they failed to deliver. Sizing was typical for most boxer briefs.

Great briefs

ExOfficio Give-N-Go Brief - Men's

ExOfficio Give-N-Go Brief - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 5, 2010

They do everything they are supposed to and do so comfortably. Fit is true to sizing chart. On an aside note, Ocean is the best color.

Good Boxer briefs

Under Armour O Series Boxer - Men's - 3in

Under Armour O Series Boxer - Men's - 3in

Rating for this product: 4 August 5, 2010

They are indeed form fitting. I did find them comfortable, and I found they did fit true to size. I am a 30-32 and the Medium fit me exactly how I was hoping they would (I guess if you don't like them as form fitting, maybe a size up would work out.)

They provided great support compared to other boxer briefs that I have tried. The support is sufficient for high activity levels, and everything is kept in place well

I didn't really notice any difference with the Armour Block Tech vs briefs without any odor block, hence the removal of 1 star. Although as consolation they do dry very quickly after washing.

Overall, I enjoy them.

Not the greatest boxers

Under Armour O Series Boxer Short - Men's

Under Armour O Series Boxer Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 August 5, 2010

I agree with the previous reviewer that the boxers offer no support, but I expected that going in, as they are boxer shorts instead of boxer briefs.

However, that aside, I was still disappointed with the fit. While they were true to size, there is something odd about the way they are sewn together. It's difficult to describe how, but I did not find them as comfortable as your average pair of boxer shorts.

Light, warm, comfortable

The North Face Prism Optimus Down Jacket - Men's

The North Face Prism Optimus Down Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 7, 2009

This jacket is very warm, comfortable, and pretty light for the warmth. The hood is insulated and stows into the collar which zips shut. I was able to actually stuff the entire jacket into one of the front hand pockets (Although this is not an intentional feature, I was just testing to see if you could) To give you an idea of the compressibility. I do not recommend doing this though as it is not designed to do that and you risk damaging some of the seams as it is a tight squeeze.

Durable, great quality duffel

The North Face Base Camp Duffel Bag - 2560-4395cu in

The North Face Base Camp Duffel Bag - 2560-4395cu in

Rating for this product: 5 April 30, 2009

I own this duffel in a medium, and it holds a lot. The bag is very durable, having held up quite well throughout several years of constant use (Not only do I take it traveling, I usually use it to store stuff even when it is not in use) As a previous reviewer noted it is nearly waterproof, the material of the bag itself withstands water very well but the seams are not sealed, so water will eventually get in through the seams. That said, it is more than water resistant enough for any normal use. The zipper is also very well built and easily zips and unzips (even when the bag is overstuffed) The backpack straps do serve well for moderate distances. To top it off most of the colors are very easily distinguishable at the baggage claim.

Smith I/O Interchangeable Optics Spherical Series Goggles

January 26, 2009

The Evolve series is one of Smith's green products so they involve some recycled materials and other green aspects. With that in mind the Evolve do NOT come with the hard case that normally comes with I/O goggles.

Great light weight runner

GoLite Sun Dragon Trail Running Shoe - Men's

GoLite Sun Dragon Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 12, 2008

I've used the Sun Dragon for just under a year so far. The shoes are comfortable and very light weight. As mentioned the lugs are gigantic and this is definitely a plus. The sole is slippery when wet but otherwise grips very well. Although mine have held up very well, I have only taken them on moderate to light trails and general use. I can definitely see the possibility of damage on more rugged trails due to the weight of the material. Overall a great purchase for lighter to moderate trails if you are looking for a comfortable lightweight shoe.
