Great Size for Extended Trips

Eagle Creek ES Cargo Duffel Bags

Eagle Creek ES Cargo Duffel Bags

Rating for this product: 5 June 6, 2011

Initially pulling this bag out of its package I thought it was going to be too small for our needs. However, we filled it comfortably with enough stuff for my wife and I to go to Portland for 5 days; this included our rain gear, running cloths and professional and casual gear. It was the perfect size. It also just happen to weigh in at 48.5 pounds. We probably had 20% capacity left but the draw straps help everything tight. Good quality materials and the seems look great! Perfect luggage bag for extended trips.

Must Have

CamelBak Ergo Hydrolock

CamelBak Ergo Hydrolock

Rating for this product: 5 July 26, 2010

Bite valves always tend to leak a little bit. This helps provide a secure way to shut off the flow of water while using or while transporting. It really sucks showing up to the trail head to find out all your stuff is wet and your out of water. The right angle also makes it easier to drink from on long rides or hikes.

"The Standard" in bite valves

CamelBak Big Bite Valve Mouthpiece

CamelBak Big Bite Valve Mouthpiece

Rating for this product: 5 July 26, 2010

Pretty simple bite valve. Works well. Plastic does not taste funny. It's hard enough not to bite threw and provides an adequate life span. No complaints. Added bonus, it is easy for the dog to drink out of too.

Decent Plastic Disc

Nite Ize Flashflight Dog Discuit

Nite Ize Flashflight Dog Discuit

Rating for this product: 4 February 3, 2010

We have only been using this disc for about two weeks however it seems to be holding up fine. My blue heeler likes to rip things up and shake them until they are dead. The plastic is durable enough to withstand abuse but is soft enough for my dogs sensitive mouth. One downside is the light comes on during play. Very minor flaw otherwise this is a decent disc.
